Tips and Tricks Collect the yellow coins while avoiding the blue balls to pass the level. Hope this helps.Use the arrow keys to move the red square to the end zone. As this will make players spawn there you will need to move your start room with the buttons on top of that area and make an auto-tp to teleport them to the area you want them to be when they log in. You do this by using /setworldspawn in the middle of where you have your command blocks. Much more efficient and what I personally do on my maps. I'd recommend to the map author to set all your control command blocks in the spawn chunks so they stay loaded at all times for ANY player render distance. Some computers couldn't handle that and it's gonna be wasteful in a maze where you can't see far. For you, if you have a server you can make yourself OP and fix the start bug yourself then continue.Īlso, making players have a render of 24 constantly is a bad idea. Oh sorry, yeah I'm not involved with this map, I've just seen this problem before and was giving advice to the map author on how to fix it. Is that why it doesn't work?Īnd even if it did work, how do I set the world spawn at a location which I can reach? Or could I set the spawn in single player and the move the map to my server?Īlso, I just noticed the spawn location doesn't look like the picture in the OP. The OP says at least one player should have render distance of 24 for command blocks to work, but for me it only goes to 16. Thanks for responding! Doesn't seem to work, though, when I use /setworldspawn it says I don't have permission to use that command. If not, you'll need to collect and tp new players using a spawn-pad where new players land. So you should use /setworldspawn at the center of the button-start area if it is open to the sky. However, multiplayers will spawn wherever you have placed the worldspawn using the /setworldspawn command and scattered in a 10x10 area about that point on the highest area exposed to the sky with solid blocks beneath. Single-players all spawn based on the coordinates stored in level.dat. Map author: there is a difference between the spawning of single-player and multiplayer. ![]() Just downloaded this but I'm having a problem: I spawned high above ground above the Glade on what appears to be a layer of barrier blocks (completely clear blocks) and I can't get down.ĮDIT: the clear blocks are only above the Glade itself, so I can get on top of the walls, but when I jump down from there I die because it's too high.ĮDIT2: it works fine in single player, I spawned in the correct spot with the difficulty buttons and everything, but in multiplayer this is where I spawn (see image). +Possibly extend maze with more moving parts ![]() +Zombies might be added again (Acts as Griever-infected players) +Grievers will enter Glade at night sometimes (Weekly event or happens when someone kills a Griever) Remove useless particles (Potion effects) +Weekly supply boxes (It's monthly in the movie, but it will take too long to wait 30 game-days) Griever spawners removed, now spawns by commandblock +Added "Blades" section again, but now functions +Better Grievers (More health, speed, damage, and drops Griever's brain) +More complicated and patterned moving parts MUST USE MINECRAFT 1.8+ WHEN PLAYING THIS MAP Drag the resource pack folder in the "resourcepack" folder Open the folder and drag the map folder in the "saves" folder (If singleplayer) or your server folder (If multiplayer)ģ. ![]()
